Our Promise To You
We are dedicated to our customers and their happiness and we will stand behind our promise of Quality , Service, and Consistency. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. That gimmick is used to discourage you, and we believe more in you being happy and comfortable working with us. Below you will find our refund and return policy.

Stock Product Items
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your roll(s) of stock items, we will either send you out replacement rolls or fully refund your payment. Whichever is best for you. You can either email or call us to take care of your claim.

Custom Printed Orders
Custom labels are custom manufactured specifically for you. The team here at Passion Labels and Packaging, Inc. take detailed measures to ensure you receive exactly what you are expecting.

Prior to us printing any orders, you are emailed a pdf proof, which you are responsible for reviewing the layout and verbiage, and requesting any necessary changes. Once you review and approve the proof, we will then proceed with your custom printed order.

If by the off chance there are any defects due to manufacturing, or if we screwed anything up, or if any rolls are damaged in transit, we will recall the damaged product and send out replacement rolls at no additional cost to you.

You have up to 90 days to let us know if there are any problems. If there are any manufacturing defects, and you let us know past the 90 day point, that's okay. We'll replace whatever product is remaining.
