Instant Redeemable Coupons (IRC's)

IRC's are an excellent way to get consumers to try a new product, move overstocked inventory launch a new marketing campaign, and boost your sales volume. IRC's are commonly used for on-pack promotions, where the discount is received at the register or for mail-in-rebates.

Your IRC's will print on a state of the art 12-station flexographic press that was built with the specific design of coupon manufacturing. As with all of our printing, your coupons will be printed in high resolution full color graphics.

Paper / Paper - Dry Release Coupons

• Take advantage of three (3) printing surfaces. The front panel, the back panel and the base
• Peels of easily, leaving no messy residue on the product or the customer
• Available in both a permanent adhesive or a cold temperature adhesive for cold conditions
• Dry Peel insures one-time usage for maximum security
• Print up to 7 total colors + a varnish overcoat, for durability

Paper / Clear - Dry Release Coupons

• Take advantage of two (2) printing surfaces. The front panel and the back panel
• The clear base provides the ability for your customers to see what is on the package after the IRC has been removed
• Peels of easily, leaving no messy residue on the product or the customer

Film / Film - Dry Release RECYCABLE Styrene Coupon

• Made from recyclable styrene. Ideal for manufacturing waste recyclability or consumer recyclability
• Available with either a white or clear base label

Extended Content Peel / Resealable Labels

The ability to peel up and reseal your extended content label is invaluable when space is limited on your label. The peel / reseal layers, affixed by a built in "hinge", allow you to retain your beautiful label product graphics on the front while adding important nutritional information, instructions, or multi-lingual information on the back and even the base of the label.

• Made from durable polypropylene film
• Available with either a white or clear base label
• Able to open and close repeatedly by the consumer
• The special hinged edge acts as the binding for the layers
• Available in both a permanent adhesive or a cold temperature adhesive for cold conditions
• Print up to 9 total colors + a varnish overcoat, or 10 colors + lamination, for durability

Extended Content Booklet Labels (ECL's) / Multi-fold Booklet Labels

ECL's and Multi-folds are the same thing. We'll call them ECL's in our discussions. They allow you to utilize additional space through the use of additional printed panels in the label. They are an excellent way to add additional product nutrition or supplement information, coupons, recipes or even multi-lingual verbiage. When it comes to multi-folds, they can be printed on the 14 station press, with variable data capabilities.
